Is it there any way I can send you a screenshot of what I get when I login to my portal account?
I think I don’t have FTP or Cpanel or at least it doesn’t let me get access to anything once I login. Just getting the error message.Forum: Plugins

Thank you for replying to my issue.
Unfortunately, when I log in, all i see is a blank page and after a while i get this message:
W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /hermes/bosnacweb05/bosnacweb05bi/b802/dom.mituslogistics43479/wp_site_1582209728/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.
Not getting access to my portal account at all that I could manually delete this error.
