If you are using a local language TP profile link, please update that. Use the top level domain TP profile URL.
The local ones are not compatible with the plugin anymore.

Thanks for reporting the issue. We fixed the issue and pushed a newer version of the plugin. Please update the plugin to the latest version 0.1.6 and it should be working again.

Thanks for reporting the issue. We just pushed an update. Please update the plugin to the latest version 0.1.0 and click the Fetch button in settings to get latest reviews. To display the latest reviews without manually fetching, please upgrade to the PRO version. You will not required to click the fetch button.

Thanks for reaching out. Please right click on the settings page and click Inspect to open the browser inspector. Then go to the console tab. Now click the Fetch button and see if there are any related errors in the console. If there are any related errors, please share.Hi,
Please make sure you are using this plugin and not TP widget code. This plugin provides you with a shortcode and the css should be loaded without any issues.

You can download our plugin to fetch the reviews and it should work without any issues. Please also amend your review if possible as it is not related to our plugin.
