How can I do that?
As I mentioned in the first comment, I have no knowledge about IT or web. I saw an error on my website and just wanna be help to fix if it’s possible.
Is this error critical? If I don’t fix it, will it affect my website? If this error is not a big deal, then I think I will just leave it there.
I think no… because the log access on debug shows 12, and the access log on notify_ucss shows 10. That’s all I know.
I cannot show you exactly what specific pages are shown, cause I think the log is updated and I cannot see the past pages.
Hi @litetim , I did check at QC admin and the recent requests section show only 10 pages. It does not match with the plugin log (12 pages).
How can I fix this problem here?

Yes, both the line you highlighted and the line below has font error. This problem is not fatal and viewers can still read the texts, but it somehow lower my website quality 🥲

Can I ask another question? My website is in Vietnamese language and I have change the language in Setting >> Profile and in the Widget Setting >> More customization >> Font type to Open Sans.
When showing on my web, the texts has font errors (as in screenshot https://i.imgur.com/NUB2iAN.png). When I open the live chat, the texts are shown correctly (https://i.imgur.com/0LKwD17.png).
How I can fix this?

The problem is I cannot log in to my Cleantalk account. I lost my password and tried to reset, but there is no reset password email.
So I have to send a ticket to this Cleantalk support email?

About Server IP:
- When I check with IPFighter it shows my IP is 222.252.20.114 https://i.imgur.com/kuaA9nw.png
- But when I check from CyberPanel.sh (as linked) then it show my Server IP is 14.225.211.242 https://i.imgur.com/yW0pGMi.png
- Also, when I check on Quic.cloud > Settings, then my Server IP show 103.200.23.179 https://i.imgur.com/CEoyr07.png
What should I choose?
