Thank you for your response. I’ve noticed that my server was running PHP version 7.0….
Once I updated to 7.2.23, it started working fine!

“Username is Email” was already enabled, and “Send Sign Up Emails” was also set to “Yes”… The curious thing is that the “Registration Message” email is being sent ok, only the “Admin approval message” email that’s not being sent. When a new user registers, he receives the registration e-mail with no issues. But as I approve his registration, the Admin approval e-mail is not being sent.And regarding your last reply on this topic:
Yes, “Email on Admin Approval” set to “Yes” in the “Premium” area of the “Options” tab.
“Email Field Name” in the “Emails” tab is blank, because “Username is Email” on the “Options” tab IS set to “Yes”.
This is happening on both sites I have FEUP installed.

Yes, I have content in the “New Registration Email to Admin” and it also works fine. The only email that does not get sent is the Admin Approval (new users doens’ receive the “You are Approved” e-mail). All other e-mails are working.

Thank you for directions on the php file for the password reset e-mail – I’ve already translated it! But the first reported issue still remains as follows:
