1) We did not take the decision lightly but in order to create a sustainable support model and to be able to respond to tickets in a timely fashion, we had to make this tough decision.
2) We did customer surveys, looked at industry leaders and talked to experts in the field to see how to solve for this unique situation.
3) We provided customers options on how to get extended support.We hope you understand and we will help you with the issue that you are facing currently.

We are working on several things to make our customer’s experience with Booster better. Due to the number of features in Booster at 200+ it is a very involved process and we are working really hard on the following initiatives.
Documentation – Soon on our website you will start to see more screenshots of front end and the corresponding back end configuration
YouTube videos – We are planning on adding at least 4 new videos on how to use Booster every month (for ex: today last week we released 3 new videos)
Blog articles – Different use cases as to how Booster’s 110+ Modules can be utilized.Hi @fitwarrior

We strive really hard to answer all Booster Plus Premium customer tickets on our website within 24 business hours.
Free ww.wp.xz.cn forum posts, we check 3 times in a week.
Have just asked our support team (when they start their day Monday), to take a closer look at your “Product meta showing on PDF invoices ” issue.
Also, please reach out to us on our website with other tickets that are not related to the above PDF invoice.

Within 48 hours we will be releasing Booster for WooCommerce that is compatible with WP 5.7 and Woo 5.1.
Final testing was just completed and everything looks good!
