Yes, if jQuery is not properly enqueued it will not work. To do so go to your active theme’s functions.php file and add this
function load_scripts(){ //Load scripts: wp_enqueue_script('jquery'); # Loading the WordPress bundled jQuery version. //may add more scripts to load like jquery-ui } add_action('wp_enqueue_scripts', 'load_scripts');Remember to remove the code that is loading the jQuery from CDN

Hi,
The Chat Sessions module of the pro version records all the conversations as they happened. It also has a separate section that displays just the Unanswered questions. You can access both of these features in the WordPress dashboard. They are not emailed to you as technically a Chat session never ends and you would probably get way too many emails to keep track.
You are correct. The perpetual license is a one time fee for lifetime of usage, updates and support. You won’t have to renew the license ever again.
