We cannot duplicate the same issue you mentioned. Videos seem to be playing fine but we see some display issues on mobile due to custom CSS added:

Sounds good. OpenAI/DialogFlow is not required to have your chatbot work. They will cost extra money as you have to pay for their API services. But if you use them, they can predict more accurate answers through machine learning. But as I said, it comes with additional cost and also you have to go through a more complicated process to train the DialogFlow agent/OpenAI.

This works only in the Language center. You can add multiple variations of the texts used by the ChatBot and the ChatBot will simply choose from one of the variations Randomly.
This does not work with Simple Text Responses.

Hi,
Currently, it is not possible to show a randomly selected answer. Rather all matching results are shown so the user can check out all the answers and select the best one. But it is certainly an interesting idea.
