i checked our logs and noticed the following webhook errors:

2026-05-08T00:25:38+00:00 Error #3696 – Webhook verification failed. 2026-05-08T02:25:40+00:00 Error #7047 – Webhook verification failed. 2026-05-08T04:25:53+00:00 Error #1543 – Webhook verification failed. 2026-05-08T06:25:57+00:00 Error #9983 – Webhook verification failed. 2026-05-08T08:26:13+00:00 Error #4790 – Webhook verification failed

testing webhooks from PayPal shows successful in payloads. Is it safe to ignore the above errors?

I’ve selected enable on the toggle then clicked save. The text appears stating saved. Page refresh, the toggle is not enabled. Repeat gives the same result.

Thanks for the response.

The bot emails are from [email protected] and [email protected] with various numbers. Google uses the bot to check google shopping feed pricing is correct.

i’ll try the code with ‘johnsmith’ and see how the filter goes

Hi, thanks for the prompt response.

i thought that may be the case and our exclude settings are not working as expected. I’ve the following in cache > excludes to remove WooCommerce filters.

Do Not Cache URIs lists:
^filter$
?filter_size

Do Not Cache Query Strings lists:

min_price
filter_size-boot
filter_size
filter

i may be missing the correct string to remove all filters

Hi @litetim, i’m unable to determine how the errors are triggered or cause. I suspect it is the automatic caching function for mobile or desktop views. Our server has no storage space alerts and 10gb is available so unlikely this is the cause.
