    Hey Jonathan,

The site ended up being moved different to a hosting solution and the issue seemed to disappear. I could quite narrow down the where exactly the issue was coming from, but it seems it was something with the host.

Wish I had more info to pass on.

For notifying followers, it will only send out notifications for new posts.

This is what the jetpack documentation says:
“Jetpack Subscriptions will only send out notifications for new posts. Publishing other post types (Pages, a Custom Post Type, etc) or updates of already published posts will not send a notification e-mail.”

(This info is right at the bottom of that documentation page)

I am having a similar issue. Did you figure or find a solution to this problem?

    (@rcass)

To be honest I do not know exactly. I just informed the host was was going on, and they stated it was the “max_execution_time” and “max_input_time”, but no details further about it.

Thanks! Sorry I didn’t reply previously with more code, I am glad you have a fix 🙂

My guess is that it would be something server side that would be causing this. Honestly I would just check with your host.

I also found this previous post that sounds similar, maybe it will help:
    http://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/something-keeps-changing-php-file-permissions-to-600?replies=2

And if you want to change the file permissions yourself here is how to do that:
    http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Hardening_WordPress#Changing_file_permissions

Or if you want more info about permission (just thought I would throw this in here just in case) here ya go:
    http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Changing_File_Permissions

    Thread Starter rcass

    (@rcass)

    That didn’t resolve the issue.

Turns out the the issue was the host the PHP settings “max_execution_time” and “max_input_time”.

    Thank for your help 🙂

There is the log file. You will notice parts where it states ‘**deleted**’. These are part where I deleted the clients domain/name and/or file structure.

Hey there I am receiving the same error, but my file size is 449.57 MB.

A job with DB only option and upload also works. So I don’t think there is anything wrong with the credentials.

What is the solution to this error?

After much back and forth, turns out it was something to do with the server. (I don’t really know exactly what, I just requested host to look at it and it got resolved )

Thanks for all your help 🙂

The divs are missing in shortcodes.php

I had to add closing divs under line 271. This is what I added:

    $qafp_shortcode_output .= '</div></div>';

I was having issues with my WP theme being messed up, when I matched divs up, I found the divs from the short code were not closed. So once I added the closing divs to the plugin everything worked as expected.

    Thanks for the link.

The sites are on the same server, but I have multiple other sites also using the plugin where this is not happening. Basically there is multiple site on this one server, some have been receiving this error and others have not.

I will look into/ask about my server configuration, see there is anything there that is strange.

I would rather not turn off SSL for security reasons.

This error is now appear in the error logs of other sites I am managing that are also using BackWPup. Should I be concerned that this error seems to happening in more more frequently and over more sites?

Or perhaps I would love to address why SSL is causing this to happen.

I think if you just take a look at the Codex and Getting Started with WordPress, it will answer the questions you may have. Here is the link: http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Getting_Started_with_WordPress

The section ‘WordPress for Beginners’ will help you out 🙂
