In reply to: [Rich Showcase for Google Reviews] Only 1 review showingThank you for your topic!
It seems you didn’t update the plugin long time and skip some major database updates, please make these manually by the following steps:
1. Go to the page in wp-admin: Google Reviews / Settings / Advance;
2. Scroll down the page to the end;
3. Find the section: Execute db update manually;
4. Type 1.8.6 in the version field and click Submit;
5. After page refreshed, type 2.0.1 in the same version field and click Submit again.
After that, try to refresh reviews like show here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Usj7nIs0_s.
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Rich Showcase for Google Reviews] multiple locations reviews togetherHi @aledelpupland,
Thank you for your response!
Yes, actually, this plugin is only combining reviews, not ratings and reviews count. Rating and total reviews are taken from the very first connected Google place. By the way, it can be changed by dragging and dropping in the plugin Connections section.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Rich Showcase for Google Reviews] Hide Profile ImagesHi @nickbits,
Thank you for your response!
As far as I know, hidden images do not affect the site in any way, for instance Google simply ignores them as if they do not exist. However, if you really need it, this option is in the business plugin. That’s where you can simply turn them off.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Rich Showcase for Google Reviews] Hide Profile ImagesHi @nickbits,
Thank you for your topic!
At the moment it’s not the option of this plugin. However, you can hide these avatars via additional CSS code:
.wp-gr.wpac .wp-google-left img { display: none; }Thanks!

Hi @yaryk31,
Thank you for your topic.
I checked the debug information and your Google API key and all is ok, your reviews are updating automatically for all three connected Google locations.
However, I wish to clarify that this free plugin can only combine reviews with each other and they are showing on your website page, latest reviews from all three places together, but it cannot sum up the rating and number of reviews, in other words, this is not the option of this plugin, it is only in the business version. The plugin displays the rating and total reviews for the first connected G place.
Thanks!
Hi @farmerisaac,
Thank you for your topic.
It seems a questions for the business plugin and we can’t support that here, because according to WordPress terms it’s only for this free version.
PS: We sent our response for your recent email and ready to do conversation via mail.
Thanks!
Hi @yaryk31,
Thank you for your response.
According to the debug information you don’t have your own Google API key which is mandatory to reviews/ratings update.
To make the reviews automatically updated, please create your own Google API key. Extremely detailed manual is placed on the page in wp-admin: Google Reviews / Support / Full Installation Guide, after creating you need to save it on the Settings page.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Rich Showcase for Google Reviews] Web Accessibility ImprovementsThank you for your help in improving the plugin!
We fixed all issue in the next version 5.2 except ‘Redundant link’, it looks like this is not from our plugin.
Thanks!
Hi @fitnsexy,
Thank you for your patience and good explanation of this issue. Now it’s clear.
We decided to replace this image to a text. It will reduce the plugin’s size (text less then an image for several kb) and it’s easy to customize. In this change we also keep Google logo colored for dark version.
A new update will be available soon in version 5.2.
Thanks!
