In reply to: [Rich Showcase for Google Reviews] Incomplete internationalizationHi,
It’s already translated, if you change your default browser locale to French, you will see all time messages in the correct translation.

In reply to: [Rich Showcase for Google Reviews] Ready to review? – Bad LanguageHi @power911,
I just checked and it’s translated, you can see it in the file ../language/grw-pl_PL.po.
However, please check that you’re using a Polish language in the general settings page of your wp-admin:

Let me know how it goes.
Thanks!
Hi @satcoach,
You can remove the margin and padding from style.css to fix this:

Or override your CSS code to the following:
.widget.fb-reviews-widget { margin: 0 !important; padding: 0 !important; }
Thanks!

In reply to: [Reviews Widgets for Google, Yelp & TripAdvisor] read moreHi @datformatiebv,
You can use ‘text_size’ parameter into the shortcode to reduce the length of a text until ‘read more’ link.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Rich Showcase for Google Reviews] Fatal errorHi @markus0schulte,
We are using PHP8 on our test and demo WP servers and didn’t see anything before, could you send debug information (from the page Google Reviews / Settings / Advance tab) to support[at]richplugins.com?
Thanks!

In reply to: [Rich Showcase for Google Reviews] Incomplete internationalizationHi @elcondorito,
This is a common practices to provide localization of the common messages on a website based on a browser language. We haven’t come up with anything new here.
Moreover, the default language is set when the browser is installed and depends on the OS language, and if it is English, then the user deliberately chose to change this value.
However, about the 2 point, please go to your website where you see the reviews, open a browser console, type ‘_rplg_lang()’ and press enter, make a screenshot and post here. For instance:

In reply to: [Rich Showcase for Google Reviews] Incomplete internationalizationHi @elcondorito,
It’s nice to hear, thanks!
1. Unfortunately, ‘powered by Google’ is an image and can’t be translated and we added this to the plugin because Google requires it. You can read more information here:
https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/places/web-service/policies#powered
Started from the second topic: “If your application displays data from the Places API on a page or view that does not also display a Google Map, you must show a Powered by Google logo…”
2. All time messages translated in a JavaScript (on the browser side) and used browser locale. If you see these messages on English, it means your browser has ‘en’ locale as a main, if it will be ‘fr’, you will see these all on French.
3. ‘Ready to review?’ will be fixed in the next version 2.1.1
Thanks!

In reply to: [Rich Showcase for Google Reviews] Multiple businessesHi @elcondorito,
Sure, it should be wrapped by quotes, because it’s a variable of PHP, sorry, how did I not notice the error in this code.
Great that you resolved it!
Thanks!
