Hi Amin
Turning AJAX loading off, did indeed solve the issue. Thanks for helping out!
Is there anything I could do to prevent this conflict?Cheers
RobThank you for your answer. I’m sorry my initial problem wasn’t clear. The problem is not with submitting forms, it is with connecting to the Mailjet API. Whenever I try to input Mailjet’s API Key & Secret, I get an error message from Forminator (“Failed to process the request. Please ensure the API keys are correct and the server has an active internet connection”). I do follow the steps listed in your documentation.
I’ve made a screenshot, which can be found here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/196u68MaaIRk4PoIPxIKxMLbZHkGqHmN4/view?usp=sharing
In other words, I am unable to link Forminator with Mailjet. How can I solve this issue?
Thanks for getting back to me! You can find the export on Google Drive through this link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ixMn2wznpURxB5KbiMC3YTDK2_0MD_fj/view?usp=sharing
Cheers
RobThanks for assisting.
I added the php-bit of the code to the directory as a MU-plugin. However, this doesn’t seem to fix the issue.I am new to MU-plugins, but I followed the steps mentioned in the ticket you mention. I do see the plugin show up in my list of plugins, however, I would expect it to turn up in the sources-tab of the DevTools of Chrome, but I can’t find it there. Just to be sure: you don’t expect me to do anything with the .txt file on the Github site, right?
Any ideas of what might be going wrong?
Thanks for the assistance!
RobTo illustrate:
The plugin shows up in my plugin directory:

But doesn’t show up in DevTools:
