Yup – I’m also experiencing this under 6.7. Was able to minimize the plugin and it seems to work. Will disable if it continues.

@maybellyne I also just tested this out to see what would happen with a new post and the category prefix is not in the Slug. So the prefix is not showing up in either old or new posts. Any insights are appreciated. Thanks!

All of the posts are organized under the primary category of either blog or meditation – as laid out on the menu page. There may be other categories assigned to the posts but “blog” or “meditation” are the primary. And I believe these were what were showing up in the URL on specific posts before I disabled it.
When I click into the individual posts I’m still not seeing the category, including for the law of attraction post. The link you included for law of attraction is going to the “law of attraction” category. So it shows up on the category page. But If you click into the specific Law of Attraction post the category doesn’t show in the url.
