There could be a few reasons why the navigation arrows in the lightbox sometimes do not appear. This issue might be caused by a conflict with some CSS on your site, or it could be due to a slow server causing elements not to load properly. One potential solution is to adjust the optimization settings within the plugin. This may help if the issue is related to a conflict with another plugin or theme. Additionally, ensuring that your website loads efficiently can prevent such intermittent issues.

To make sure your galleries are mobile-friendly, you can configure a separate layout specifically for mobile devices in the general gallery size settings. This allows you to customize and optimize the gallery layout for different screen sizes, ensuring that your images display beautifully and correctly on both mobile and desktop devices.

The issue you’re experiencing with misaligned or overlapping images could be due to incorrect styles or CSS conflicts within your WordPress theme. To troubleshoot this, try switching to a default WordPress theme temporarily to see if the problem persists. Additionally, make sure to clear your cache and reload the page to see if that resolves the issue.

If the problem continues, you can also try adjusting the compatibility settings within the gallery plugin. Switch between different modes, save the settings, clear your cache again, and reload the page. This should help in identifying and resolving any conflicts that might be causing the display issues.

The ‘HTTP error’ you’re encountering when trying to upload images to the gallery could be related to a few different factors. While it depends on the exact error code, a common cause of this issue is related to server permission settings. It’s possible that there are incorrect access permissions for the specific server folder where the images are being uploaded.

I recommend checking the folder permissions to ensure they are set correctly. Additionally, you might want to review your server’s error logs for more detailed information on what’s causing the issue. If everything appears to be in order on your server, it could also be helpful to temporarily disable other plugins to see if there’s a conflict that might be causing the error.

Yes, you can easily customize the styles, sizes, and colors of the borders around your gallery thumbnails directly through the plugin settings. To do this, navigate to the ‘Thumbnails Settings’ section in the admin panel, and then go to ‘Borders Settings.’ Here, you’ll find options to adjust the border color, thickness, and other related styles.

If you need more advanced customization beyond what’s available in the settings, you can also add custom CSS.

One of the most common reasons for slow gallery loading times is the size and quantity of the images being used. While you’ve already optimized your images and checked your hosting performance, there are still several settings and techniques within Robo Gallery that can help improve loading times.

Our gallery plugin includes tools like caching and general optimization to streamline the loading process. Although we don’t impose limits on the number or size of images you can upload, large sets of high-resolution images can sometimes still result in slower load times.

To address this, you can enable image lazy loading, which loads images only as the user scrolls down the page. Additionally, consider using image compression tools to further reduce file sizes. If the issue persists, you may want to experiment with reducing the number of images per gallery or breaking up larger galleries into smaller sections.

Currently, it’s not possible to configure user roles to access and manage only the gallery section within the existing version of Robo Gallery. However, we understand the importance of this feature and are actively planning to include it in future updates.

In the meantime, you might consider using a general user role management plugin to grant broader access temporarily, but please be aware that this may give users permissions beyond just the gallery section. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated on when this feature becomes available.

Thank you for your feedback. We always strive to provide the best service and take all customer concerns seriously. However, I would like to address a few points regarding your recent feedback.

We understand you experienced difficulties with activating the Pro version of our plugin, which usually takes just a few minutes. Your situation required some setup assistance, but there were no actual errors or issues with the plugin itself.

We made several attempts to assist you throughout the last weekend, but unfortunately, we were unable to connect, and you did not accept our assistance. After a week of no communication, you returned with a critical review. During this time, you posted messages based on assumptions, which hindered our ability to diagnose the issue and provide the necessary setup assistance.

We did not refuse you assistance or a refund. We were simply trying to help, even on non-working days throughout the weekend. This review does not reflect the reality of our customer service or the performance of our plugin.

But in any case, thank you for your opinion.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the photo descriptions in your gallery. There are a few reasons why this might be happening:

    1. Ensure that you have selected a hover effect that displays descriptions. Some hover effects may not show descriptions by default.

    2. Double-check that each photo you’ve published has a description filled in the description fields.

    3. If you have modified the hover overlay template, make sure those changes haven’t inadvertently removed the descriptions.

    4. Verify that you are checking the correct instance of the gallery on your page.

    5. Clear the cache of the gallery and reload the page. For testing purposes, you might want to temporarily disable the cache to see if that resolves the issue.

If you follow these steps and still encounter problems, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to provide further assistance.

Yes, it’s possible to embed YouTube videos within your image gallery using the Robo Gallery plugin. There are a few video gallery modes available that can help you achieve this. Here’s how you can set it up:

    1. Mixed media gallery

You can create a simple gallery with different types such as grid, masonry, or mosaic. For each photo in the gallery, you can use YouTube links. This way, the gallery grid will display images, and when you click on an image, it will play the corresponding YouTube video in the lightbox.

    2. YouTube Gallery Type

Alternatively, you can create a gallery specifically for YouTube videos. In this mode, you can use YouTube links as the source for your gallery grid. This allows you to create a gallery where each thumbnail directly represents a YouTube video.

If you follow these steps and need any further assistance, please let us know. We’re here to help!

I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with the lightbox feature in your image gallery. It sounds like there might be a CSS or JavaScript conflict with your theme or another plugin on the page.

Try using the compatibility settings within the Robo Gallery plugin. This can help to avoid conflicts with your theme or other plugins. Temporarily disable other plugins to see if the lightbox feature starts working. This can help identify if another plugin is causing the conflict. Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-One) to see if the issue persists. If the lightbox works with the default theme, the conflict is likely with your current theme. Clear your site’s cache and your browser’s cache to ensure that you are not viewing a cached version of the page. Open your browser’s developer tools (usually by pressing F12) and check the console for any JavaScript errors that might indicate the source of the conflict.

If you follow these steps and still encounter problems, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to provide further assistance.

I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with the hover overlay effect in your photo gallery. To resolve this, please ensure that you have added descriptions to the photos in your gallery, as the overlay may rely on these descriptions to display correctly. Additionally, make sure that the description is enabled in the gallery overlay hover settings. Reviewing the overlay settings in the Robo Gallery plugin can also help ensure they are configured correctly.

Clearing your site’s cache and your browser’s cache may also help to ensure that you are viewing the most recent version of your page. If the problem persists, try enabling compatibility mode in the Robo Gallery settings to avoid conflicts with your theme or other plugins.

If these suggestions don’t resolve the issue, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to provide further assistance.
