It appears that the message, “The recipient’s mailbox is full and can’t accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly,” is not originating from the Subscribe2 plugin.Based on the information provided, it seems that this message is generated by the recipient’s email address provider. It typically indicates that the recipient’s mailbox is indeed full and cannot accept any more messages at this time.
To resolve this issue, I recommend to clear some space in your mailbox or reach out to their email provider for assistance with managing their email storage. Once You’ve done this, you should no longer encounter this error message.

Thanks for your patience.After a thorough investigation, we have checked the email logs for Subscribe2 email-sending process again. And, we haven’t identified any issues, the system seems to show all email logs without any issues successfully. And the screenshot we have shared before was an email log, not to show what subscribers receive when publishing a post.

We recommend please update to the latest version of Subscribe2 (v10.41). I hope your issue will be resolved.However, should the issue persist after the plugin update, kindly contact us through the website for further assistance.
