Thank you for your patience as we’ve addressed the issue. Our developers are actively working on it, and once we’ve successfully resolved the issue, we’ll be rolling out a revitalized version of the subscribe2 plugin.

Thank you for your patience. After editing your post, please navigate to the top right sidebar and click on the message icon, then select the ‘Override message’ option. Please make sure that the override button is marked with a checkmark to prevent notifications from being sent.

We appreciate your patience. To update the sender name for your emails, kindly follow these steps:
Navigate to Subscribe2 > Settings > Email Settings. Under ‘Send Email Dropdown field,’ choose your website name.

We’ve thoroughly tested Subscribe2 with the latest version of WordPress, and it appears that email notifications are not being sent as expected. that’s why the email log plugin is not showing any email log. Thank you for your patience. We have already responded to the most recent support topics you’ve initiated.Go to your WordPress dashboard > Navigate to Subscribe2 > Subscribers.
In the Subscribers list, locate the invalid email address you want to remove. Tick the checkbox next to that email address. In the “Bulk Actions” dropdown, select “Delete.” Click the “Apply” button. By following these steps, you can successfully remove any unwanted or invalid email addresses from your subscriber base.
Also, we will resolve the unsubscribe issue and release a revamp version of subscribe2 in near future.If you have any other questions or encounter any other issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’re here to help!
