From the issue you described (no email received and the thank-you page redirect not working), it usually happens when email sending is not set up correctly in WordPress.
Please make sure you have configured SMTP on your website, as it is required for sending form emails. If SMTP is not set up, WordPress may fail to send emails.
You can install an SMTP plugin such as FluentSMTP and configure it with your email service.
If SMTP is already set up on your site, please let us know and we will check the issue further from our side.
@vincentallopp You can try this simple setup:
Add two widgets on the same page.
In the first widget, select Type of Events = Upcoming Events and set the order to ASC so the nearest events show first.
In the second widget, select Past Events and set the order to DESC so the latest past events show first.
This way, your users will see upcoming events at the top and past events below them. Let me know if it works for you.
Yes, “Escape WordPress shortcodes” and “Use Textarea” under buttons – both options are already checked.

In my case, the Landing Page setting was already set to Login, but I was still getting the error. Just to try, I changed it to Billing and the error went away.
All ok now!

It was also happening with me, resolved after reconnecting stripe connection from its settings, you can try.

To apply it:
- Select the Text Field
- Go to the Advanced tab
- Enable and configure the Mask option
If the option isn’t appearing, ensure both Pro Elements and Input Mask Elementor Form Fields are updated, clear your cache, and check for plugin conflicts. Let us know if you need further help! 😊
