Hello @davelo
Thank you for your message.
Our development team is still working towards compatibility with the new WooCommerce V3 API, and finishing the task is currently the team’s highest priority.
Meanwhile, we have reached a solution with the help of the WooCommerce technical team to ensure the transition to the new API won’t disrupt our users. More information will be provided in an email we will soon send to our WooCommerce users.
Best regards,
Jeremy | Sendcloud Technical Support
Hi @ludo427,
By design, prior to the order being imported to Sendcloud, our plugin does not modify the order data on WooCommerce.
The intended function of the Sendcloud plugin is merely to import orders from WooCommerce (and updating the order status on WooCommerce, once those has been shipped).
Even if our plugin was able to add a prefix before the order number, this would likely break the order status updates because the imported order number in Sendcloud (with prefix) would not match the initial order number in WooCommerce anymore (without prefix).
Keeping in mind that this type of order modifications should be made prior to the order import and not by the Sendcloud plugin, I would kindly advise you to reach out to WooCommerce directly about this particular feature request.
I hope this answers your query!Best regards,
Riccardo | Sendcloud
Hi @ludo427,
Thank you for reaching out. To answer your query: once an order is imported from WooCommerce to the Sendcloud panel, its order number can be freely edited within the Sendcloud panel’s order editing interface.
As for the plugin itself, it would not be able to add a prefix before the order number and prior to the order being imported to Sendcloud. The prefix (or any other modification to the order number) would still need to be added within the Sendcloud panel’s order editing interface, after the order has been imported to Sendcloud panel.
If you have further queries, you are also welcome to submit a support ticket directly from the Sendcloud panel or to contact us via chat or phone.

Edson | SendcloudHi @plose2009bx,
Thank you for your question.
Unfortunately we are not aware of any other plugin that provides this functionality.
It is on our roadmap to also send the tracking number in a custom meta field. The metadata fields are useful to dynamically display information such as a tracking number in different places like in an email, or the panel of a webshop.
If you would like to stay updated about the progress of this feature, or you have any further questions, you can contact our Customer Support Team directly: https://support.sendcloud.com/hc/en-us/articles/360046514071-How-to-get-support-from-Sendcloud
To make it easy for your customers to find the tracking number for their order, you may want to consider utilizing our branded Tracking emails feature if you are not already using it: https://support.sendcloud.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024841232-Send-branded-Tracking-emails-to-your-customers
I hope you have a nice day ahead.
Kind regards,
Matthew

Sendcloud.
Hi Dave,
Thank you for posting your question.
Our integration utilizes the legacy REST API V2 of WooCommerce. We are aware of the planned changes in WooCommerce 9.0, so we will update our plugin accordingly.
As for HPOS, if you activate the compatibility mode for HPOS, it will work with the Legacy API. Please refer to this post: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/legacy-api-issue-with-hpos-enabled/
