Hi @arture,
Thank you for your reply.
The issue could not be reproduced on our WooCommerce test shop.
WooCommerce version: 8.4.0
Sendcloud plugin version: 2.3.0
Our plugin has no control over the round function. Is the issue still present if you deactivate the Sendcloud plugin?
Please advise your clients to <a href=”https://support.sendcloud.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025145011-How-do-I-create-a-support-ticket-” data-type=”link” data-id=”https://support.sendcloud.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025145011-How-do-I-create-a-support-ticket-“>create a support ticket directly from their Sendcloud account if the issue is only occurring with Sendcloud plugin activated. Thank you for your reply and for confirming the section.
I am afraid this is an issue that you should check directly with the support of WooCommerce since our plugin has no control over the described behavior.
The issue you are reporting might be related to this github post:

Thank you for posting your question.
Please let me know in which section of our platform the costs are being entered? Or, are you referring to the shipping costs within the Settings > Shipping > Zones section on WooCommerce’s backend?
I look forward to your reply.
Best regards,
Edson | SendcloudHi Goudie.

Hi @monicaamb12,
Thank you for posting your question.
It appears that you need a custom integration to achieve the desired results. Here is a link to our API documentation:
https://api.sendcloud.dev/docs/sendcloud-public-api/getting-startedThis endpoint: https://panel.sendcloud.sc/api/v2/parcels can be used to retrieve orders, and from there, to start associating them.
This article also explains how to print labels via API: https://support.sendcloud.com/hc/en-us/articles/12892910293009-How-to-print-labels-via-API
If you have any further questions, please create a support ticket from your Sendcloud account. We will be happy to assist you.

In reply to: [Sendcloud | Shipping & Returns Automation for WooCommerce] Legacy REST APIHi Guido,
Thank you for your message, I hope you are having a nice day so far.
Our integration utilizes the legacy REST API at present. I notified our developers about this planned change to WooCommerce 9.0 so they can implement the necessary updates.
In the article you shared, it’s stated WooCommerce 9.0 will be released in June 2024. Additionally, the latest version released on their GitHub release page is 8.3.1: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/releases

Hi @cobalt5,
Thank you for posting your question.
Deactivating jsdeliver’s external loading isn’t possible in our pre-built module for WooCommerce. Nevertheless, we would like to learn more about the problem. If there are any changes we can make to the module to make it more robust, our development team will consider them.
