If you have Published and Updated few changes then you can Revise theme by using the revision option in WordPress. But that revision option only work with Pages and Posts that you have updated.

Try using the following method:
You need to install the plugin CloudFlare Flexible SSL
As you can’t login in to dashboard so you can’t add that plugin now. But you can do it by another way.
To do this,
Just login to cpanel or just use ftp. After loging in cpanel you will see there File Manager open it and you will see your website name(if not then simply fo to public root html from right side) here look for wp-content folder and then ceate a folder inside wp-content named mu-plugins.Now download that plugin and upload all files of that plugin in mu-plugins folder. Make sure there is no folder inside mu-plugins folder. Just upload the plugin files to mu-plugins. Then this plugin will be active automatically and your problem will be solved right away.

You can disable that coming soon page by going to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General > Scroll Down > here you will see Blue Host Coming Soon Page option > simply select the Off radio button to fix your website front page.
