Both Product Filter by WooBeeWoo + Woo Product Filter PRO plugins are installed.
WOOF is used for the left side bar.I contacted WooBeWoo but I was hoping there’s a quicker way to get this resolved.

Thanks a lot for your comment, much appreciated.I have been through the document in your first paragraph but it didn’t help, I also added the plugin but same results :/
The last suggestion you said was to change the theme, can I do that? I’m worried it will scramble the whole website. Do you have any guide to help me learn more about this?

Go to Appearance > Customize. Then go to WooCommerce > Product Images. Write your desired width in “Thumbnail width” field. Click on “Publish”It didn’t work. But, I’m not sure what to put, I was trying different criteria

Hello Champ Camba, and thank you so much for replying my post.
I set the website to be available for Everyone, because even non-members (Irrespective if they are logged in or logged out) should be able to view the general pages of the site like About Us; did I miss anything here?
The website I’m working on is http://www.eventworkplus.com, now the Log in button is irresponsive, not sure why, although the link is correct :/
