In reply to: [Job Manager] error on line 11I don’t see JM installed on your site.
I do see that your running an older version of WordPress – the message you were receiving is often associated with a plugin and or theme conflict. A quick check of your web site is pulling up multiple server errors and an indication that your site has possibly been HACKED.
Having an out of date WordPress install and numerous plugins also out of date is a recipe for disaster. I would highly suggest contacting your IT and Web admin immediately to address these issues.

In reply to: [Job Manager] Job Manager – jobs not displayingSuzilou – For future reference please post “your” support issue on you own. Intermixing with other post comments is confusing to others even though the problem might appear similar it can often be vastly different.
Since I have not heard back from the original comment poster I am marking this as resolved.
In your case “Suzilou” I think your issue is a plugin and or theme conflict.
Please follow the suggested information on this link to best determine your issue. Once you have details please open a thread under you own name. Thank You

In reply to: [Job Manager] Timestamp in Application ListYes, I know its been some time since I have released an update but it’s been a tough slog with support and my goal to get this next update into a format on Github, where you the users can contribute more and help with testing so we can provide more frequent releases and feature updates.
This is my goal for May… so only a few weeks out.
You have a lot going on for that site.
How google indexes your site has a lot to do with how you have Google Analytic’s set up on your site including factors like your .htaccess file and how your listing your robots.txt file for crawling the site.
That’s the first place I would look for issues.
As for site maps. Yoast xml site map submitted to Google is just one of many factors that Google looks at. If your not wanting specific models to appear then you will need to No Index those specific pages to ensure they are not included when Google Crawls the site. (If your NOT posting those pages live -“we do not publicly list all of our models on our website”) then you don’t have anything to worry about for those models.
1. Re- check your XML Sitemap settings (Yoast SEO) and associated pages for Index or No Index as is appropriate
2. Utilize Google Webmaster Tool “Ask Google to re-crawl your URLs”
Wait a few days and then log into/review your Google Analytics account and look for errors.
BTW we do a lot of work with clients using the Avada theme. PM me if you need an assist. My contact info is in my profile. Hope this helps.

In reply to: [Job Manager] app form settings not saving/corrupt fieldsThis might be a theme and or plugin conflict – one way to test for this is to follow this reference. This would be to disable all plugins except for JM and switch to a default WP theme like twenty sixteen. Clear browser and server cache and try again.
Several items to note on your set-up:
– A form this long may cause you issues because of incomplete data as someone may bail on filling this out and or if they type in wrong data and the form does not authenticate and you have missing data.
– You are requesting PI (Personally Identifiable Information) in the form of DL information and storing on a NON SECURE server and DB configuration. This is not a recommended practice for PI data. That kind of information is best stored on secure server and or external cloud source that has better protections. I realize this probably a test server your on now but this does not preclude the severity of my recommendation. As an additional note anytime your collecting resume data etc your client should have a posted Private Policy on the site that covers this and get an ack from the Applicant that they have read your policy….just sayin.
