Thanks for using the Funnelkit Builder and for reaching out to us.
We check and figure out that you are using the Woostify theme Ajax add to cart functionality on single product pages.We notice that on the AJAX add to cart call, the response returned by this Woostify AJAX add to cart doesn’t send the proper response of the product added to the cart.
As per WooCommerce recommendations, it should return the response as stated on line number 123 on this page:
https://plugins.trac.ww.wp.xz.cn/browser/woocommerce/trunk/assets/js/frontend/add-to-cart.js#L123However, we noticed the response has some missing code here: https://tinyurl.com/ykk8e4yl, due to which it is not tracking the “Add to cart” event.
So, you can reach out to the Woostify support team and request them to send a proper add to cart response as mentioned above.
Another thing you can do is like disable AJAX Add to Cart functionality from the Woostify theme and enable Ajax Add to Cart from the FunnelKit cart plugin here:

Yes, you can remove the footer icon by adding a custom CSS by wrapping it with the footer div’s unique class.

1. In the shopping cart header, after adding multiple products, a “+” sign often appears between the numbers.
Can you please share any screenshot? We are not gettign any “+” sign between the numbers https://tinyurl.com/26emrs8u2. On the main page of the store https://klimaone.com/, in the “Promotional Products” tab, for example, I have a module with AJAX disabled. After clicking “Add to Cart,” it adds and changes the shopping cart in the header correctly. However, on the store page https://klimaone.com/sklep/, with AJAX enabled, the opposite happens: AJAX doesn’t work…
We are trying to replicate but from the store page https://klimaone.com/sklep/ the header’s product quantity count is increasing

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay.
As you can imagine from hundreds and hundreds of positive experiences here, we take great pride in providing world-class support, and we mean it.
We want to address this in detail:
1. In the recent case, our support team did reply on Thursday with a response. Unfortunately, the response came back after our regular service hours. Unfortunately, Friday was a national holiday and we could not respond back on Friday. Seeing the feedback here, our team sprang into action on Saturday morning, and we have been sending responses over the weekend, including Sunday.
2. Checkout pages need to be excluded from any kind of cache. This often can lead to confusion of something not working. Even browser caches play a role that needs purging. Even in this case, we suspect it’s local device caching, because we have tested on several devices and it works well. This was also our initial observation on Thursday when we sent the first response.
3. Each WordPress site is unique and everytime we go in, we need to familiarize ourselves with plugins, their intents, and we try to do it as fast as possible. We understand how important it is to minimise this time, and we keep on enhancing our internal knowledge base with known conflicts. In one case, we found a plugin named “Debloat” that was delaying Stripe, JS scripts, and causing conflict. This took us time.
4. Some plugin companies just say deactivate the third-party plugin or divert them to other authors. We don’t. We try and figure out if we can build an internal compatibility or refactor our code in a way to dodge the issue. This mindset could potentially come across as a delay.
5. Not every request is a bug. For instance, in case of forms integration, we created a Loom and educated on the best way to integrate forms. We also see appreciation for those tickets.
In any case, we do not take the trust you have in us lightly and are fully determined to support your business and that of thousands of our merchants.
We would sincerely act upon your feedback and see how we can improve processes further.

Currently, we don’t have an integration with Brave forms, but we have a working method for you.
If
Brave formcan send data via webhook to FKA, then FKA can easily catch that data and perform certain actions, such as creating a contact, sending an email, adding a tag, adding to a list, etc.Here’s a document that explains the steps to set up an incoming webhook in FKA to capture the data:
