Thanks for sharing the info. Yes, we can see that in their official documentation, they said it is available only for block-based checkout pages. It will not work for the shortcode-based checkout pages.

As an alternative, we have a better solution using our Funnelkit Automation to get the list of abandoned carts. You will see all the leads here https://funnelkit.com/docs/autonami-2/carts/enable-cart-tracking/

And you can recover from there and run the automations on those carts. https://funnelkit.com/docs/autonami-2/carts/set-up-abandoned-cart-automation/
