In reply to: [Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce] Getting started questionsAll questions answered, thanks!
Login was getting blocked. I thought that whitelisting would take care of that, but I guess not. Manually unlbocked and all going well now.
Thanks
Just did
That’s it, you solved it! Works great now, thank you.
Still hoping to get some help on this, thanks.
Yes, I have admin rights. And I’ve just enabled remote diagnostics. Do you have a link to the blocks plugin you are referring to?
Still hoping for some help on this… I’m not seeing that option on the righthand side of the screen…
So I’ve gone to the checkout page on my website, same as if I was a customer. And clicked the edit button, which is taking me to the edit screen. But then I’m not seeing a WooCommerce/Woo section.

Thank you for the detailed response.
It just started working again yesterday afternoon out of the blue, nothing I did…
Will try these additional steps and follow up here if it starts again, sure hope it doesn’t…
Thanks again,
Sam
Got it, thanks.
Hi Maarten,
This isn’t an advanced feature though. It’s just basic plugin functionality part of your free version. My license is out of date so I can’t get advanced support. I will buy again when I see enough new features to justify it, but wouldn’t expect to buy simply because a basic element that is part of the free version stops working. Thoughts?
Thanks,
SamThat was the issue, thanks for your support!
Very nice, thanks.
Another hopefully quick questions: I’m trying to add a vendor, but after clicking the Add New button, no vendor is added. Any idea what might be going on?
Thanks,
SamI see that you can set up a fixed amount that the admin receives each time an item is ordered. But I’m wondering if it is possible to set it so that the vendor gets the fixed amount each time the item is ordered.
For instance, there is a shoe selling for $100. It’s set so the vendor gets $60. So when the shoe is customized in some way for +$20, the vendor still gets just $60 while admin gets the remainder of the $120.
Similarly, it could be set so that the vendor gets just $60 dollars regardless of the price they set.
It’s a fixed vendor commission I am asking for. Does that make sense?
Thanks,
Sam
