Hi Support,
Sorry to say that the link is incorrect. I am having the same problem and there is no card to connect Google Analytics as shown in Step 2. Also, I tried to create an account on your website and that is not working either.
Really wanted to test this plugin today.

Thanks for the reply. It turns out I had a corrupt file or table. You were seeing two different screenshots, one from dev and one from production. Production was losing all the product information. The site is working now. Reuploading and restoring the database fixed it.Teresa

When we changed to the production server with the production Braintree credentials the email stopped showing any product information. Also missing from the order dashboard. If you have any ideas on that, I would really appreciate it.

Yes, it was an extended zip. In the US you can have 95011-11111 and I had the tax setup as 95011 thinking they would relate since the right side is more like a suffix or a sub-area.Thanks,

In reply to: [Braintree for WooCommerce Payment Gateway] Tax calculation went awayI solved this by deleting the -xxxx on the zip in the shop address. It has to match exactly to the tax rules zip, e.g. 95011 and 95011-1111 won’t match even though they really are the same zip.

The widget won’t work in Footer 3 but it will work in other areas, Footer 1, Footer 2, etc. I put a text box in Footer 3 just to make sure it works. The text box works if the Simple Social widget is in Footer 1 but not if it is in Footer 2. I am only one day into the build, hardly any customization yet. I backed out the one hook just to make sure I didn’t cause the problem. Hope this gives a hint.

It simply displays the form. I wanted the look of the multi-document download for a single document. I was hoping for an easy php mod but I didn’t find it in the support tickets. How long ago was that?

The way it works now, I have to manually put the title and description in for a single download (second code line above). And it automatically shows the form. Since I have some groups of info that only have one document, I kind of hacked it for now.
[email-download download_id="2294," contact_form_id="3553"]
gives me a lost check box underneath. I am working on hiding it.If there is an easier way to do it within the plugin I would love it. But if I am the only one asking for it I can understand deferring this request.

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Twenty Twelve integration problemsLuke, yes I see Twenty Sixteen and about three pages of other themes in the list but not Twenty Twelve and it is way too late to convert this to another theme. I considered it but probably won’t do that for a while.
The problem was a plugin conflict. Whoever built this website originally had way to many unused plugins activated. Ah the joys of inheriting someone else’s site.
