    I’m facing a similar issue.. It used to work earlier but now, only the site’s home page is displaying the image and description… and for internal product pages, no preview is being displayed. Can you please help? http://www.wechoose.in

    Facebook for WooCommerce error:
    Unsupported post request. Object with ID ‘1975604082520837’ does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api

    These are the kind of errors that I’m getting. There’s no option of attaching a screenshot here but this is the message that I get. I have to reset the FB data and then the error disappears. For individual products, this is fine but when I try and do a Bulk Edit for many products, it is quite cumbersome.

    As I explained earlier, I deleted the plugin and then reinstalled it; yet the same error. Please help!

    I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin and it has the same result. Any modification of the products leads to an error.

    Thanks for your reply Pit. The products in question are not out of stock at all. Any change that I do to any product causes this error. The ID is of course different for every product. I am using only Woocommerce to manage my inventory. This is definitely a plugin error.

    On the 2nd part, when V2 of the plugin was introduced, there was an error connecting the account. V2.01 solved that error and everything was working fine. Suddenly, one fine day, the error started showing up. I don’t want my products on FB which are about 2000+ in number to be deleted so I don’t want to uninstall it. In the background, they are syncing as I can see from the FB developer/catalog site.

    All the products are there in the catalog. There’s just one catalog. On the data sources, there’s the data feed source called Woocommerce Products and there’s an app data source called Woocommerce Extension V2. I hadn’t created these.

    Even I’m getting the same error. It was working fine earlier. When I go into the plugin and when I click manage connection, it leads me to a FB page which says “Error on managing Facebook Business Extension
    Please set up Facebook Business Extension first before managing settings”

    Thanks for the quick reply. It is working fine now. Don’t really know what the issue was. Perhaps with the hosting provider.

    Thanks. I tried doing that as well. The admin users names don’t appear in the dropdown even after searching for them. The usernames are also not generate automatically. I tried doing this in 2 shops that I manage but just can’t assign the product back to the admin.

    That’s the thing. When I try and put the email id of the admin account in the dropdown, it says not found. I thought that the admin would automatically be a vendor. Do I need to make the admin a vendor? Currently, if the admin adds a new product in his name, the product is automatically assigned to the admin.

    These people are not at all serious about Woocommerce so it is best to not use their plugin. I’ve been having issues since day one and their support is also terrible. they create a ticket and for months on end the ticket is not answered. I constantly get bombarded by email chains containing 30+ emails at one time saying webhook has failed. There’s a serious issue at their end. Kindly switch to PayTM which provides excellent support and also PayPal. Will make life easier.

    Thanks. I have selected that but even then the images are appearing cropped. Have regenerated thumbnails post that but still the same.

    I don’t think that’s the case as on the panel, it gives you the option of enabling a recheck. I’ve done it 2 times after enabling the other two parameters and it is giving the same error warning. In my analytics panel also I’m not seeing separate hits from Superpwa and that’s what that counts.
