Hello @1formanet,
To better understand the issue at hand, could you please send me some additional details:
- A screenshot of the page at Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins. Please make sure that all of your plugins as well as their versions are clearly visible.
- A screenshot of the page at Dashboard -> Pages -> edit the page with the issue (the one with the PMS Login form). Please make sure the shortcode is clearly visible.
You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.

Hello @johansnyman,
My apologies for my previous reply. I should have mentioned that you can use a website such as: https://snipboard.io/ to send me the screenshots.
Please go to Paid Member Subscriptions -> Subscriptions -> and perform a filtration (right side filter-menu) based on Next Billing Date with a custom interval. The custom interval should be like:
- Start of interval – A few months in the past
- End of interval – Today’s date minus 30 days
Please send me a screenshot of the page after filtering.

Just to be sure of something first, could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and send a screenshot with everything you have installed related to Paid Member Subscriptions (make sure the plugin version can be seen)?

Hello @websplash,
If I understood correctly, you would like to have a field where you can select any one of your users to be able to view/edit their profile. Is this correct?
If so, you can do so while visiting your page with the Profile Builder Edit Profile Form short code on it as an administrator. You can read more about this on our documentation page here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/profile-builder/shortcodes/#Edit_user_profile_in_Front_End_as_Admin
This however is on the front-end page. There is no way of adding any fields to the page at WordPress Dashboard -> Users -> All users section.
Hello @enquir3,
I have managed to recreate this issue on a local instance.
I will forward this to our development team and they will further investigate the issue. Thank you for reporting this and for your patience.
Hello @maydaohio,
There is no such setting that would allow your users to have an active account immediately after registering using the Manual/Offline gateway.
With this payment gateway, users should receive a Pending Subscription Plan and a Pending payment should appear at Paid Member Subscriptions -> Payments. Only after an administrator accepts this payment will the users subscription status be set to Active.
To better understand the issue at hand could you please:
- A screenshot of the page at Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins. Please make sure that all of your plugins as well as their versions are clearly visible.
- A screenshot of the page at Paid Member Subscriptions -> Subscription Plans -> edit the plan the user with the issue has purchased. Please make sure that all of it’s settings are clearly visible.
- A screenshot of the page at Paid Member Subscriptions -> Payments. Make sure to include 2-3 Manual/Offline payments that were automatically accepted.

This issue sometimes occurs because of caching. For this:
1. Please exclude our pages, the pages created with our shortcodes, especially the page where you have the PMS Register form ( [pms-register] ) from any caching plugin you have active.
2. If you have any caching enabled via a plugin or from your hosting, please disable them temporarily and check if the issue still persists (you can check with the hosting about this).
3. Please create a new page on your site, and on this new page, add only the PMS Register form ( [pms-register] ) and check if the issue still persists.
Note: After every modifications make sure to hard refresh the browser from where you’re testing the form. (Usually CTRL + F5)

Hello @leilalieva,
Happy to hear that the issue has been resolved!
Hello @donna4u2,
Thank you for your kind words!
Hello @clairporium,
I would like to start by apologizing for our late reply.
I have installed the plugin and enabled the setting you have mentioned. However I was able to successfully login using the PMS login form meaning I have not reproduced the issue on a local instance.
I will continue testing and get back to your as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience.
