Hello @serafinnyc,
We’re aware of this issue and it will be fixed in our next update for Profile Builder.
We’re sorry for this inconvenience!
Hello @myadrenallife,
Thank you for providing the screenshots. It looks like you have overlooked the following request:
Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> Payments -> Gateways -> and send a screenshot from there (please make sure all the settings from that page can be seen)?
Could you please send this one as well for us to better understand the issue at hand?
Note: Since this is a public forum, please make sure all sensitive/private information is hidden/blurred from the screenshots.
Note: You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.
Hello @serafinnyc,
The update will be released as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and for your understanding.
Hello @pendle666,
Happy to hear that you had a pleasant experience with our plugin. Thank you for the kind words!
Hello @sarahdxw,
Thank you for notifying us about this.
I have forwarded this to our development team and they have confirmed that indeed the file has been moved.
When it comes to some of the features you have mentioned, we are not allowed to talk about the paid plugins here. If you wish to have this conversation, please contact us at https://www.cozmoslabs.com/support/open-ticket/
Hello @mikepalmer,
With Paid Member Subscriptions, you have access to the GDPR checkbox: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/settings/misc/#GDPR, you can use it for Terms and Conditions.
You can find this setting in your Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> Misc -> GDPR.
Hello @stdancechick,
Yes, our plugin should work correctly on WordPress.com premium as well.
When it comes to the more tag, you will need to set the Restrict Post Preview setting under Profile Builder -> Settings -> Content Restriction. Make sure to also enable the Content Restriction feature on the same page.
You can read more about this here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/profile-builder/general-settings/content-restriction/#Content_Restriction_Page
Hello @jessycafrederick,
It look like your last screenshot is one of the page at PMS -> Settings -> Payments. Could you please send me the one from PMS -> Settings -> Misc -> Payments ? Please make sure that all of the settings are clearly visible
I would also like to ask you to use a website such as https://snipboard.io/ for your screenshots instead of including them in your reply directly.
Hello @clairporium,
In the situation you have described above, everything should be working correctly.
Could you tell me exactly what security solution you are using in order for me to try and reproduce the issue on a local instance?
Hello @des21support,
Before we continue investigating the stuck payments, I wanted to mention that there was a known issue a few versions back that would trigger a false positive.
Could you please make sure you have updated Paid Member Subscriptions to the latest version (version 3.0.1)? After doing so, navigate to your Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions-> Settings -> Payments -> change one of your settings -> save -> change it back -> save.
Let us know if the issue persists after going through the above mentioned steps.
Hello @clairporium,
Our plugin does not have wp-login.php hardcoded. The request is handled on the same page where your PMS Login Form is located.
We use default WordPress hooks for our login which might be affected by your security feature.
Could you give me some more details regarding this issue so we can recreate this on a local instance? What security features are you using that resulted in this behavior?
Hello @jessycafrederick,
I was not able to reproduce this issue on a local instance.
To better understand the issue at hand, could you please send me some additional details:
- A screenshot of the page at Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins. Please make sure that all of your plugins as well as their versions are clearly visible.
- A screenshot of the page at Paid Member Subscriptions -> Subscription Plans -> edit the plan the user with the issue has purchased. Please make sure that all of it’s settings are clearly visible.
- A screenshot of the page at Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> Misc -> Payments
IMPORTANT: Since this is a public forum, please make sure that you blur/hide any sensitive data.

Unfortunately there is no way of changing your user’s auto-renewing subscriptions from PayPal to Stripe manually.
In this case, you can do one of the following:- As you have suggested, contact each affected user and ask them to cancel their current subscriptions. After their subscription expires, they will be able to manually renew (on the page with the PMS Account form on it) and have only the Stripe gateway available to do so.
- You can manually cancel the affected users’ PayPal subscriptions at Paid Member Subscriptions -> Members page. They will then be able to manually renew the same way as step 1.
Note: In case you were using the old PayPal gateway (PayPal Standard), please make sure that the subscriptions are also canceled inside your PayPal account.
Hello @maxi_k
Thank you for your kind words. We are happy to hear that you are enjoying using our plugin!
Hello @mjh1,
After further investigations, I have managed to reproduce this issue on a local instance. I have forwarded this to our development team. Thank you for reporting this and for your patience!
