Hello @urkvmdr ,
First how do I know if I already have a paid version of not. I don’t think so….but just to be sure…
-> To check what version you have, please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and send a full screenshot with everything you have installed related to Profile Builder (make sure the plugin version can be seen)
You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.
The second issue you mentioned is not related to the paid version so we can discuss the it here.
You are saying that you disabled the emails from Profile Builder -> Settings -> Email Customizer -> Admin Emails, you saved the changes but the emails remain enabled?
Could you send a screenshot with that page as well?
As this is a public forum, please make sure that no sensitive/private information is visible on the screenshotHi @kicker1212,
Firstly make sure that under Dashboard -> Settings -> General -> Membership -> Anyone can Register is checked. The error message “You are not allowed to do this” is most likely caused by having a caching plugin enabled. You will probably be able to solve the issue by excluding all the pages created with our shortcodes from the cache.
Best regards,
Hello there,
To check if the emails are being sent correctly, you can use an Email Logging plugin like: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/email-log/ on your website. It will add a log entry each time the wp_mail() WordPress function is called (our plugins use this function for all of the emails they send).
You will then be able to go to the Email Log page on your website’s Dashboard to see if the email is being sent.
If it is listed there then there is a good chance there are filters set up on the server that might block some outgoing emails and I would suggest you contact your web hosting provider and ask them if this is the case.
Hello there,
I am not sure as to which bullet points you would like to remove. Are you referring to the bullet points that appear next to each membership on the registration page?
Please attach a screenshot of the bullet points you are referring to, as well as the exact URL where the bullet points are visible, so I can efficiently diagnose the issue.
You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.
Important: As this is a public forum, please make sure there is no sensitive/private information present in the screenshot!Hello there,
I visited the link and there was no header menu at all. Further more, when visiting the /porta/shop page you mentioned it should redirect you to the login page. When I visited that page it did redirect me to the login page instead of loading the empty page.
You mentioned being able to see the items in the header menu even after deleting them. Are you by any chance using any caching solutions? This might be a separate plugin or a feature provided by your hosting service. If so, please make sure you exclude the affected pages from being cached or briefly disable this feature and try again to see if the problem still persist.Hello there,
Unfortunately, it is not possible to share the users’ membership information on a multisite network. This information will appear (and can be used) only on the specific site from where the user purchased the subscription plan.Hello there,
The register page button shows “Add User” because you are logged in as an administrator. For a logged out user, the button will have the label “Register”.
To modify this string you will need to activate the Labels Edit add-on. You can activate the Labels Edit add-on by going to your Dashboard -> Profile Builder -> Add-ons -> Free Add-ons -> and activate the Labels Edit add-on.After you’ve activated the add-on, go to Profile Builder -> Labels Edit -> and click on the “Rescan” button from the top of the page. Then you just need to search the string you want to modify.
Best regards,
Hello there,
Sorry, but we are not allowed to speak about the paid versions here. In case you would like to have that conversation please open a support ticket using our site https://www.cozmoslabs.com/support/.Hello there!
If you wish to translate Paid Member Subscriptions, you can do so by following this guide on how to translate PMS and install a new language:
https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/how-to-translate-paid-member-subscriptions/
If your site has only one language, then for translation purposes, or to make specific translations we recommend using a translation plugin like Loco Translate. But in case your site has 2 or more languages (it’s multilingual), then we suggest using a multilingual translation plugin, for example: TransaltePress
Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
