Hello @pozzz,
Yes, as long as users don’t abandon their subscription plan, they will be able to renew it. It is worth mentioning however that the disabled plans will not be available to purchase anymore and they will not be selectable in the Content Restriction Meta box.
Hello @thy80,
I wanted to mention that I have added your request to our features request list, so it might be implemented in a future version, but we can’t estimate when or if that may happen.
Regarding the steps mentioned above, let me know how this goes.
Hello @pozzz,
You can use the shortcode parameter
subscription_plans="1,2"where you will need to replace the 1 and the 2 with the Subscription Plan IDs of the plans you would like to show on your PMS Registration Page. You can read more about this feature here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/shortcodes/#Choose_which_subscription_plans_to_show
Alternatively there is also a shortcode parameter that will hide the specified subscription plans (exclude="3,4"). You can read more about this one here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/shortcodes/#Exclude_subscription_plans_from_showingI would also like to mention that disabling Subscription Plans in at Paid Member Subscriptions -> Subscription Plans will not affect users that have already purchased the memberships.
Hello @ganesh9438,
Since you mentioned encountering a critical error on your website, could you please look at your PHP error log and check what errors appear there related to our plugins? If you do not have access to the PHP error log, please ask your host provider to check what errors you have regarding this issue.
Please send a screenshot of the error message you’re seeing regarding our plugin on the website.
You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share screenshots.
Hello @thy80,
Thank you for providing the additional details.
I was not able to reproduce the issue (where content restriction works as expected for images but not for text) on a local instance. I noticed however that you have a caching plugin installed. Issues similar to the one you have described can be caused by a caching issue. In this case I would like to ask you to:
- Please exclude our pages, the pages created with our shortcodes, especially the page where you have used our content restriction features from any caching plugin you have active.
- If you have any caching enabled via a plugin or from your hosting, please disable them temporarily and check if the issue still persists (you can check with the hosting about this).
Note: Please clear your cache and/or perform a hard refresh after going through the above steps to test and see if the issue persists.
Regarding the request you have made, we do not have an option to show content to both logged in and logged out users using our Content Restriction feature because this would mean that the content is not restricted at all. You can achieve this behavior by not restricting the block/content, essentially making it available for everyone (both logged in and logged out users)
Hello @contactbleep103,
Our plugin does not have a Takepayments Mercury implementation. For this reason, the message you are seeing cannot be caused by our plugin.
Using Paid Member Subscriptions you have access to the following payment gateways:
If you configure one or more of these gateways by following the steps provided on our documentation page, you will be able to accept payments on your page with the PMS Registration form without having to install any other plugins.
Hello @enquir3,
Regarding the issue you have reported, our team has released an update containing the fixes for it. I would like to ask you to update Profile Builder to the latest versions (3.16.1) to ensure that these fixes have been applied to your website as well.
Hello @thy80,
I would like to start by saying thank you for your suggesting. Feedback form our current users helps us further improve our plugin.
Regarding the content restriction issues you have mentioned having multiple restriction messages when restricting each element separately. To fix this you can do one of the following:
- Restrict the entire page using the Content Restriction Meta Box when editing the page.
- Use the restrict shortcode ( [pms-restrict] and [/pms-restrict] ) which will allow you to restrict a specific section of your page and only displaying one restrict message. You can read more about this here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/shortcodes/#Restrict_Content
Regarding the issue you have mentioned when some of the text boxes are not properly restricted, I was not able to reproduce this issue on a local instance. Could you please send me some additional details?
- A screenshot of the page at Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins. Please make sure that all of your plugins as well as their versions are clearly visible.
- A screenshot of the page at Dashboard -> Pages -> edit the page with the issue. Please make sure the content restriction rules are clearly visible.
You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.

Hello @hiriwhi,
I have tested this on a local instance and the pup-up seemed to behave normally. Trying to close it using the close button worked correctly as well.
- There are currently no known issues when it comes to Elementor pop-ups and our plugin.
- There is no specific or recommended way of adding a shortcode to Elementor Pop-ups.
- While this could be a source for an issue like this, we can’t know for certain unless we investigate.
- Using a dedicated page for your login form might be a simpler solution and more intuitive for your users but this does not mean that you shouldn’t use Elementor pop-ups.
- The shortcode format you have used does not affect this issue.
Could you please send me a link to the exact page where this pop-up is visible?
Hello @robbielokeoys,
When it comes to some of the features you have mentioned, we are not allowed to talk about the paid plugins here. If you wish to have this conversation, please contact us at https://www.cozmoslabs.com/support/open-ticket/
Hello @singhamritwp,
Thank you for your kind words. We are happy to hear that you enjoy using our plugin!
Hello @keithetruesdell,
Thank you for your kind words and for reviewing our plugin!
Hello @1formanet,
Happy to hear that you have solved the issue you have encountered!
Hello @nour0seb,
What you have described can be done with a new feature that we have recently released. Please navigate to your Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> Misc -> User Role Permissions.
Here you can select the desired user roles and the Paid Member Subscriptions Dashboard Tabs/Sections you would like to give them access to.
Note: Please make sure that you update your plugin to the latest version (3.0.4) to be able to use this feature.
Hello @enquir3,
Looking at our system, our development team is still working on the issue.
Thank you for your patience!
