You have to install a snippet plugin like this (https://de.ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/code-snippets/) on your WordPress site. With this plugin you can add code without the hassle of working in the real PHP-files on your site. You can turn the custom new code on and off.

Copy this code block as new code into that plugin. Just add your tracking tag code in the section which says “// write custom action here”. Save the whole code and your done. This tracking code will be displayed on your thank you page. I just did it with Microsoft Ads Tracking code.

You can verify that i has worked out if you afterwards load the thank you-page and look into the source code (Ctrl + U). You should find your tracking code in the code.

It is Javascript, so the HTML-Section won´t work dear Nico.
I got the same question. Where can I put the Google Ads and Microsoft Ads Tracking Code?

Hi all,

I now created a new 100% voucher code and the “new order”, “processed order”- and “completed order”-mail are received.

The problem must have been on my side. I don´t know what went wrong, but as it is working now I thank you for your quick help.

Unfortunately this empty mail is sent out occassionally every few days at different times. I currently can´t recognize a pattern or cause. So deactivating is no option, I fear.

Dear support team,

I got the solution and I am really wondering why nobody pointed me to that obvious issue.

In my first support inquiry i wrote that I am using the URL:

https://www.mydomain.de/?add-to-cart=5113

BUT it must be https://www.mydomain.de/cashout/?add-to-cart=5113 or in my German language https://www.mydomain.de/kasse/?add-to-cart=5113

That was the problem.

Hello,

perhaps I found the reason why the cashout is working once.

I am using plugin WooCommerce Direct Checkout, there is an option to redirect to cart page after “add to cart”.

But after deactivating this plugin the cashout is not even shown once when the button with URL=https://www.mydomain.de/?add-to-cart=5113 is clicked.

The plugin-author says:
Unfortunately is not possible to use our plugin in a landing page
It\’s only compatible with WooCommerce native checkout page

Can you help me and tell me how to achieve this:
I have only ONE product (online course). User should click a button and should get immediatelly to the cashout. In the cashout I only need complete name, email, stripe payment methods. Nothing more.
How can I create a onepage-checkout without product choice, amount, just with the one product I have?

Thank you, Jeroen for the response.

I will raise a bug at GitHub.

I hope that the next release wont take to long as I recognize that the current incompatibility won´t let me edit different areas on my site. 2 mins ago the critical error happened while working on my lms learndash. Sooner this day another critical error showed up in another different area.

So, I have to turn off Yoast SEO to even be able to work on my backend.
