Actually free plugin does not support multiple filters on same page. We are working on PRO version and will launch it very soon and PRO has the feature of multiple filters. It will include with many more awesome layouts and features.

Please let us know where you are troubling with language , which words you want to change so we will add that to our roadmap and fix them in next updates.

In reply to: [Country State City Dropdown CF7] Country States don’t matchThanks for informing us. Actually there are lots of missing States/Cities and also maybe wrong States/Cities in database yet. But we have give you a solution in PRO version so if anyone don’t find specific State/City then user can enter their manually State/city.
You can check demo on our official website https://trustyplugins.com/wordpress-plugins/country-state-city-auto-dropdown/.
Data is same in PRO version too but we have added option to add ‘Other State/Other City’. When user select ‘Other State’ then dropdown converts to input field so that user can enter specific State/City. So no issue if State or City is required.

I checked it on our demo site (https://trustyplugins.com) too. Maybe it has wrong database because it is same on official site too. We will fix it asap.
You can check PRO plugin too, In PRO plugin you can enter your manual state/city if you find there is no suitable option in the dropdown.

I checked your attached link and figured out that the plugin is not successfully installed on the site (Pending database tables). So please try to reinstall the plugin again.
First of all, deactivate the plugin and uninstall it from the backend of your site then try to reinstall from the official WordPress plugin’s site.

Thanks for using this plugin. Can you please share page URL where you are using our plugin so that i will check the bug with OTP plugin. And if you want to display only states and city then you can do this thing in PRO version. First you need to select any specific country from the backend and then you can disable it with css. States will show according to your selected country. In PRO version you can select only specific countries to show in the country dropdown.

I also noticed in the screenshot that its not displaying good. Actually you need to choose/change a color combination for filter/post layout from backend. There is option available to change the color combination. So it will display correctly.
You can import layout as well form the demo site.
