In reply to: [Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash] Code injectionHello,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It looks like there is no file in the URL you provided, however, as this is a public forum, we ask that you please send a message to our team at [email protected] that includes the same details from this message as well as a link.
Please confirm that the URL contains the referenced file. Thanks!
David @ Uncanny OwlHey @charlesrodmell,
The conflict was causing any front end login form to redirect the user to an incorrect page, however, Toolkit 3.8.0.2 included a fix. If you are still experiencing the issue, please message our support team at [email protected]. Please include full details and images of the issue so that they can better diagnose what may be occurring. Thanks!
David @ Uncanny OwlHello,
The Toolkit 3.8.0.2 update fixed an issue related to a redirect occurring when users were logging into a site using a form not added Front End Login.
This fix should resolve the issue you reported. Please run the update and if the issue remains, email our support team at [email protected] so we can continue the review in our internal support system. Thanks!

The Toolkit 3.8.0.2 update fixed an issue related to a redirect occurring when users were logging into a site using a form not added Front End Login.
Because the issue is still occurring on your site, we would need to have our team be able to more thoroughly review the issue on your end.
Please email our support team at [email protected] with details of the issue so that we can continue the review in our internal support system. Thanks!
David @ Uncanny OwlHello,
Unfortunately, there is an issue related to WP 2FA and our Uncanny Toolkit plugin that seems to be causing a redirect issue. This redirect is occurring in other third-party login (such as “Cozmoslabs Profile Builder”).Our dev team is currently looking into what is the source of this issue so that we can get a release out that contains a fix.
For now, downgrading Toolkit to version 3.7.0.4 will resolve the issue while our team works on getting the fix out. Thanks!
David @ Uncanny OwlHello,
Thanks for providing us the additional info. I was not sure if LoginWP offered a redirect rule based on selected language, but the login/logout link will always display the default site language.
I can submit your request for the login/logout link to support multi-language sites to our dev team to consider adding it to a future release of the Toolkit plugin.
Let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
David @ Uncanny OwlHello,
While WPML allows multi-language login pages, the “Front End Login” as well as the “Log In/Log Out Redirects” module only allow for a single redirect page.
However, plugins such as LoginWP (https://en-ca.ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/peters-login-redirect/) may offer a language specific login redirect. Have a look and let us know how you make out. Thanks!
David @ Uncanny OwlHello,
Thanks for brining this issue to our attention. The good news is that our team has already fixed the issue and included it in the just released Uncanny Toolkit version 3.8.0.1
Please update your version of Toolkit and you should find that the password field now works as expected on iPhone devices.
Let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks!

In reply to: [Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash] Password field input not visibleHello,
We ran a test on our end, however, the Password field can be clicked and is working as expected.Because this is a public forum and we need to request specific info regarding your site, including images, we should move the conversation to our internal support system.
Can you please email our support team at [email protected] with the following requested info?- The URL of your login page and whether it uses [uo_login_ui], [uo_login], or [uo_login_modal]
- Any caching/optimization plugin in use and whether the login page is excluded; also whether your host has server‑side caching and if it’s excluded.
- Whether any separate reCAPTCHA or login/security plugin is active.
- Whether the problem persists on a clean test page with only [uo_login_ui].
- Whether you are using a page builder on the login page, if so have you added the login shortcode to a builder module?
Please provide feedback to the above and we will have a look. Thanks!

In reply to: [Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash] Password field input not visibleHello,
We just reviewed the 3 display options offered with the Front End Login module (“Default”, “Boxed with shadow” and “Modern”), however on our end, all 3 options displayed a the login form with password field containing an input field.
It would be helpful to better understand the issue if you could provide us with some screenshots, however, in order to do so, I would ask that we move this conversation to our internal support system.
Please email us with images showing the issue you are experiencing along with the details of your original message to [email protected]. Thanks!
David @ Uncanny OwlHello @aeriusltd,
In order to proceed further with debugging this issue, it would be best to move this conversation into our internal support sytem.
Please email us at [email protected] with the details related to the 2FA issue (just copy and paste from this thread) and we can proceed accordingly. Thanks!
