I have tested the emails again and the only item in the error log for today is for a payment processor but the test order is with a free test product so I dont think that it is with that.

I meant that it is only appearing as an attachment in the new order emails, the emails themselves are the default WooCommerce ones. I have it set to be attached to the new order, completed order and customer invoice but as I said it is only appearing as an attachment in the new order emails. Is there a way to get it to display in the emails themselves?

I checked the rules and noticed that it was set to only display if users are logged in in the global rules. Thanks for the help.
