Hello.

Thanks for your quick help.

I use PPWP Lite version 1.9.16 and it seems to be the latest version.

I can not download your file above. The link doesn’t go to the right URL.

But I can not see how to translate this specific field ($password_label).

I can translate the “Enter” button bacause it is possible to do it on the form page when protection is for the entire site.

As you see on the scrennshots, for post protection I do not need to translate because it is OK with the language file, but for protection on the entire site I have to do it in the customize page and there is no place to customize the password label.

But I think there is an issue with this page, because the translation is OK for other pages and not for this one.

To customize the CSS, it is not for a single site, so there are several themes.

I have downgraded PublishPress Blocks to the 3.6.0 version and now the columns are displayed.

Thank you very much for your help.

But we need the developer’s answer to resolve the issue. It is not correct that Packlink does not respond ever here and ever on his help center.

We are several losing sales because of this plugin. It is a serious problem !

Hello,

I think you did not understand what I said. Sorry, but I am French and probably do not write fluent English.

I will try to explain with an example.

Without Packlink Pro plugin
1. 11:00 M. Client makes an order on my website and pays it. The status of the order is “Processing“.
2. 17:00 I pay the shippment on Packlink Pro and send it. I edit the order on my website and choose “Completed“.
With Packlink Pro plugin – situation 1
1. 11:00 M. Client makes an order on my website and pays it. The status of the order is “Pending payment“.
2. 11:15 I pay the shippment on Packlink Pro. The status of the order becomes “Processing“.
3. 17:00 I send it. I edit the order on my website and choose “Completed“.
With Packlink Pro plugin – situation 2
1. 11:00 M. Client makes an order on my website and pays it. The status of the order is “Pending payment“.
2. 11:30 (I do not pay the shippment on Packlink Pro immediately) the status of the order becomes “Canceled“.
3. 17:00 I edit and choose “Processing” to have the real stock.
4. 17: 05 I pay the shippment on Packlink Pro and send it. I edit the order on my website and choose “Completed“.
As you see the status of the order is wrong with the Packlink Pro plugin.

“Pending payment” does not update the stock and it is a big problem.

“Canceled” send wrong informations to the customer.

Could you correct these bugs ?
