Yes, I meam popup form. I use the french autoresponder tools SG-autorepondeur.Just a question, I would like to have the popup automatically open after few seconds anywhere on my website. Is there a way to do this ?

I just tried to reinstall the plugin but i doesn’t work. I tried with another theme … same. I use a multisites WordPress installation. Do you think the problem could come from that ?
