Hi there is a way to manually authenticate

Click the “Having problems authenticating?” link
After copying the manual authentication code, please return to the UpdraftPlus settings page, either via the ‘complete setup’ button or directly (If using the ‘complete setup’ button, you will need to reload the page).
You should then see a prompt to paste the manual authentication code at the top of the page. This will be included in with the other WordPress notices.
Please could you let us know if you don’t see that prompt?
A 403 error is access denied so a security module is the likely culprit (very unusually AI may be correct)
I don’t think purging cache or incognito windows is going to help at all.
Can you post the full log using a tool such as pastebin.com?

Unfortunately there is not anyway to download the backup in one file at the moment

Search the database for any table named ‘wp_options’, where X is a number.
In each table, select ‘Search’ and enter the following:
Column name: ‘option_name’
Operator: ‘LIKE %…%’
Value: ‘updraft’
This will bring up all UpdraftPlus options in the table. Delete any rows relating to your remote storage (this looks to be Google Drive.).
In the same table, Search for a row with option_name = ‘cron’. Delete this row
Can you then setup your remote storage again.
I am also concerned that there may be an issue with your site scheduler. Can you install the free plugin WP Crontrol and check to see if any of your Cron Events are showing as overdue?

Our developers will have updated the code before this happens.

You cannot use the fee version to backup a single site on a multisite. Your backup will not be restorable.

@jakubjosefforman – apologies for this, our developers are working on this, please make sure you update the plugin as soon as an update becomes available.
Can you post your fill backup log from the backup/restore tab using a tools such as pastebin.com?
@musilondrej – that would also work as a temporary fix!

Unfortunately, I don’t think there is.
It’s likely a conflict of some sort so it would be worth performing a plugin conflict test and if this does not help then try doing the same for your themes.

It sounds like you might be out of space on your hosting or that you may have exceeded a resource.
Could you start a new ticket here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/updraftplus/ and post your php error logs using a tool such as patebin.com
Can you also post your restoration log using a tool such as pastebin.com
It’s highly likely we can get your site up and running if you will work with us?
Could you also check with your hosting to see how much space is left on your server?
