In reply to: Can’t Access Admin After InstallReading through this page on propagation, I think the issue is the nameserver just hasn’t caught up yet.
I’m welcome to try any other recommendations but I’m starting to think it’s just a “wait and see” situation.

Also, I wasn’t able to find debug_log or debug_display. Where would these be located?
EDIT: Never mind, I found it. But it still didn’t do anything. It didn’t create a log or anything.

It shows as the latest version in my HostGator cPanel, but didn’t change anything.
The Login Trouble page didn’t offer anything that appears to be able to fix it either.

In reply to: Can’t Access Admin After InstallThe HostGator File Manager isn’t allowing me to delete entire wp-includes or wp-admin folders, so do I just delete the individual files inside and then upload the new ones?
The Manual Update doc says to delete the entire directory, but it’s not an option for me. I’m assuming that just leaving the folder and deleting the files inside will do the same thing.
