    Hi again,

    Since this is live e-commerce site, switching themes and disabling plugins is not feasible. I was hoping to find a less disruptive method to identify what is causing this issue.

    Hi

    I checked that already before posting my post here. My theme’s function.php is clean and has nothing to do with orders status manipulation. For plugins, I only use Woocommerce’s (Order Status Manager) I only use it to add 2 order statuses that’s it. I hope there is a log somewhere that can be checked to dig deeper and see what’s going on here.

    Hi,

    Well then the question is now, what is it that is triggering the comment approval notification?
    This happens immediately after the order note is added by ARAMEX plugin. Is there a way to know that?
