First, there’s no attitude. Secondly, I assume you’re not a business person, because then you’d know customer service does not mean a service for paying customers. Customer service is when anyone, volunteers or are being paid offers assistance to another. It’s what a professional organization provides rather non-profit or profit.
Regarding my issue. Prior to WordPress last update, I did not have to manually verify a subscriber. There was even an option that asked if I wanted manually approve a subscriber, which I did not select. Now, that feature is no longer under the users settings, so now after someone registers and confirms their account they are not automatically approved.

First, I want to thank you for being responsive.
The initial thread I posted was titled User Verification. Prior to the last wordpress update, after the registration and email confirmation the account profile status would show verified and my test accounts could then log in. Now, after validation it shows not verified and I have to manually confirm the account. I’ve created videos to show my process and messages received.

When I say verification, I’m referring to confirmation. When they receive the confirmation email and click confirm, they still show up as not verified.

However, I deactivated woo shipping and am still having the same issue. When I try to modify your invoice and packing slip, there is no place to add or update billing and shipping fields. And now, invoices and packing slips are only showing the shipping address on both, whereas, before invoice only showed billing info and the packing slip-shipping.
Also the customer and shipping has no name header fields anymore.
Please advise.

In reply to: missing navigation barI’d like to piggyback on this topic. I’ve been struggling and frustrated with finding the navigation bar for my non-admin users. Although, I have the option to show the toolbar/navigation in Learn Dash. It does not show.
