In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Can’t update Givepw formsThat’s highly unusual, we have no other reports of anything like that. Perhaps it’s an incompatibility with your server not meeting our minimum requirements. Can you provide your System Info? That’s found in “Donations > Tools > System Info”.
Thanks!
It should work like this:
[give_donor_wall ids="6402,6539"]Notice the “s” making “id” plural.
You can also display by tag or category as well.
Here’s our full docs:
https://givewp.com/documentation/core/shortcodes/give_form_grid/Let me know how that goes.

In reply to: [WP Rollback - Rollback Plugins and Themes] There is no button to rollbackThis typically happens only under the following circumstances:
- The plugin is not hosted on .org — but you list several like yoast seo that obviously are, so that’s not it
- You have a plugin or sever setting that requires FTP credentials to install plugins on the site
- Your user is not authorized to run plugin updates
- A plugin conflict that prevents our button from showing
Sometimes even if your user is an “admin” perhaps your admin accounts got limited somehow. And sometimes even if you can install plugins normally, there’s still some strange sever configuration that prevents WP Rollback from communicating properly with ww.wp.xz.cn and thus no showing the button.
Let me know what you find.

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] All Forms page – renameHI @chrisburgessca — similarly to Sam, I noticed that “All Forms” is NOT the title of the Give Archive page that we output by default. This means that is being set somewhere else. If it’s not in Elementor then it is most likely your Theme. I’d contact your theme author about that to see if they can shed light on it.
Let us know what you discover.

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Paypal Error1. Have you tried setting the “PayPal Transaction Type” to “Donation”?
2. Have you tried deactivating the “Cryptocurrency Donation Box” plugin?
3. Sometimes Wordfence can be problematic. Read here about putting Wordfence in “Learning Mode”: https://givewp.com/documentation/core/frequent-troubleshooting-issues/admin-ajax-blocked/Let me know if that helps a bit.

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Paypal ErrorCan you provide a screenshot of your PayPal settings in your GiveWP payment gateway settings so I can see what’s going on there?
Additionally, your System Info would be helpful. Go to “Donations > Tools > System Info” for that.

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Paypal ErrorHI there,
When I’ve seen an issue like this in the past, it’s typically because your PayPal account has a setting enabled called “Encrypted Website Payments”. This setting only works with buttons that PayPal creates and it breaks third-party integrations like GiveWP or WooCommerce.
See our FAQ on that here:
https://givewp.com/documentation/core/payment-gateways/paypal-standard/#accordion-toggle-3Please login to your PayPal account, disable that setting and try the GiveWP form again. Then let us know how that goes. Thanks!
Wow! Great to hear, thanks so much for your kind review. We highly recommend YOU!
Just following up to see if this resolved your issue or if we can be of further assistance. Please let us know. Thank you!

HI there,
I’ve seen that error in the past but only when either Yoast or GiveWP were outdated. Please make sure both are updated properly.
If they both are, then even though you see the error showing
wordpress-seomost likely the issue is a third plugin. It’s best to try to troubleshoot that with the HealthCheck plugin. See our tutorial on doing that here.Let us know whether that resolves the issue or if you learn something new or have additional questions at all. Thanks!
Hi there,
When I’ve seen issues like that in the past, it’s usually the result of pasting the HTML of our forms directly into a page builder like Visual Composer (WP Bakery). I’d suggest inserting our forms into that page via our shortcode builder, or if you are using the new Block Editor, then we have a Give Forms block as well.
Here’s some docs on that:
Please review that in detail and let us know if that resolves it or if you have other questions at all.
Thank you!

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Paytm Not workingHi there,
This is a question about one of our paid add-ons. The moderators of this free forum require that all inquiries about paid products are done elsewhere. Please contact us here:
https://givewp.com/supportThank you!
Hi there,
I can point you to a couple options:
1. GiveWP comes with PayPal Standard out of the box. For many countries (but not all) PayPal has a setting in your account that will allow donors to donate to you on PayPal Standard without having to create a PayPal account. Contact their support about that feature. GiveWP does not control that behavior, that is PayPal’s responsibility.
2. If you want PayPal Pro, we have an add-on for that here:
https://givewp.com/addons/paypal-pro-gateway/ — Please contact PayPal Support to ensure that your business is eligible for a PayPal Pro account though, it is limited to only a few countries.3. If you want to take credit card payments on your website with our free plugin, we now offer Stripe free. Please see our Docs on how that works here:
https://givewp.com/documentation/core/payment-gateways/stripe-free/Let us know if you have any additional questions at all.
