Hi there,
Apologies for the extreme delay. That’s not typical for us.
The best way to leverage memership plugins with Give is to use our built-in user roles. This episode of Give LIVE I actually dig deep into that and provide some tips and tools that you’d find useful:
https://givewp.com/give-live-user-roles-capabilities/Please review that in detail and let me know if you have additional questions at all.
Thanks!

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Card_state form fieldHi there,
Can you provide more context? We currently support CC fields via our Stripe integration, that’s the most secure way to process CC donations on your site with Give free currently.
Are you trying to add your own CC fields programmatically? Please clarify a bit.
We had a few issues with websites that have other plugins that are also running the Stripe software development kit (SDK). Our most recent release, GiveWP 2.5.4, should resolve that issue. Please update to that and let us know how it goes.
If you have trouble with that, keep our handy WP Rollback plugin ready to roll back to 2.4.7
Keep us updated on how that goes for you. Thanks!

Hi there,
Unfortunately that’s a limitation of WordPress Core currently. It simply does not export the featured images on custom post types correctly at all. You can read the backstory on this here:

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Donor Wall: Sort by NameApologies for the delay. That’s a good feature request — there’s no simple way to do that at the moment unfortunately.
I created an issue for our development team to look into supporting that. You can track our progress on that here:

Hi there,
This is the most comprehensive resource we have on fighting Donor Spam in general. Take a read through that, and go through those steps and let me know if you have additional questions at all.

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Changing AvatarI wanted to share another example of a way you can customize your avatars. See this functionality plugin I created to test out the “Avatar API” project as a replacement:

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Give Goal MilestonesHi there,
I’ll close this issue for now, but I’ll reiterate that we’ve gotten similar feedback for more fine-tuned control over the progress bar and smaller increments of “success” within that progress from other users as well. We’ll be looking into it a bit, but what it looks like exactly in the end we don’t yet have a clear concept of, or a roadmap for. It’s good feedback though, thank you!

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Accessibility IssueHi there,
Apologies for the delay. I think I know what the issue is, but I need a little clarification.
Currently on your site, you do NOT have the custom amount enabled. And I don’t see a
<label>there — but that’s by design because thegive-amountis not an actual input. But if you did enable the Custom Amount option, you should absolutely see a hidden label. You can see that here on our demo page:
https://givewp.com/demos/payment-gateway/And just to clarify, you mean the “Give Amount” field, that’s at the very TOP of the form, correct?
Either way, if I misunderstand at all, let me know because I’ll make sure we get it addressed either way.
Thanks!
