Just following up. Were you able to resolve this issue? Please let me know the status and whether I can be of further assistance. Thanks!
Just wanted to follow-up and see if this workaround worked for you for now. Also, watch for the Give 2.4.1 update within the next couple weeks which will resolve this completely.
Thanks!
Can you provide your Javascript that you are using? I’d suggest using Gist for that if possible.

If your Cause is benefiting from Give, we’d love to tell others about it as well. Please consider submitting your Story to us here: https://givewp.com/submit-your-give-story/
Hi there,
That’s an issue we are aware of and we’re working to resolve it quickly. See here:
https://github.com/impress-org/give/issues/3947In the meantime, you can hide it with CSS like this:
.give-form-title { display:none; }Add that to the bottom of your theme’s styles.css file; or go to “Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS” and add it to the bottom of that setting. For more detailed info on adding custom CSS, see here: https://givewp.com/documentation/resources/handling-custom-css-in-wordpress/
HI there. WordPress 5.0.3 has a new block-based editor. Is that the editor you are using?
If so, we now have several Give Blocks that are available in the Block editor. Simply start typing
/giveand you’ll find them. Or search for them in the Block search. If you are using the Classic Editor, then the Give shortcode button still is available and should work as intended. Can you provide us some screenshots so we can see what it looks like on your end?
Thanks!

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Broken Payment GatewayI there,
I wanted to follow-up on this since we haven’t heard back from you. Assuming your PayPal email address is entered correctly (per Devin’s instructions above), there’s a couple things I see on your site that might prove problematic.
There’s some broken code in your header, it looks like somehow your theme is trying to insert some PHP into a Javascript function. This is most likely just some broken markup somehow, or a plugin is inserting markup into your header incorrectly.
Regardless, I’d suggest using the Health Check plugin to troubleshoot that. It will allow you to deactivate all plugins and put your site on a default theme ONLY for yourself — your live visitors will not see that. We have a write-up on that here:
https://givewp.com/documentation/resources/troubleshoot-wordpress-websites-health-check/Then you can enable plugins one at a time and test again until you see the problem again. Then let me know which plugin caused the conflict and I can take a closer look at replicating the issue for you.
Thanks!
Thanks for the feedback folks. I’m a big fan of @bryceadams and all he does, so I understand that.
Bryce, feel free to ping me on WP Slack if you’d like to chat about a more formal integration with Give somehow.
I wanted to follow up and see if you were able to get this resolved somehow. Let me know what your status is and if I can help further. Thanks!
Hi Lisa! Can you provide a link to the form that’s not working on iphone?
We don’t have other reports of this yet, so it’s most likely a configuration issue or plugin/theme conflict somehow. But if I can see and replicate the problem I’ll have better insight.
Thanks!
Unfortunately not at this time. I’d love to hear what advantages you find for your organization by using PayPal Payment Advanced instead of Pro.
Thanks!

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Changing redirection URLThe easiest way to do that, would be to go to “Donations > Settings > General” and change the “Donation Success” page to be your homepage.
If you want to have different confirmation pages per form, you’ll need a PHP snippet like this one:
https://github.com/impress-org/give-snippet-library/blob/master/form-customizations/conditional-successful-donation-redirect.phpLet me know if that clarifies a bit or if you have additional questions. Thanks!
