WPBackItUp deletes /purge backups automatically BUT there is an option to keep a number of backups when you go to the settings page. Thanks.

Sorry I have to disagree. It is stated in the description that the restore feature is for the premium licenses only. Also we have written a documentation that will help you do it if you opt not to pay for the premium licenses.
We get positive reviews for the support that we provide to our customers I recommend that you rate our product based on your experience with it and not just out of your frustration due to the cost of the premium plugin.

Sorry you are having trouble with backup, I recommend that you submit a support ticket . I didn’t see one for this email address so wasn’t sure if I had any additional information yet for you.
All requests may be submitted using the WPBackItUp Support Portal. Please go to the link below and fill out the support request form. We recommend that you provide as much detail as possible and we’ll be in touch soon.
