If you are a customer with an active license then you may login to the portal using your email address and the password you were sent after your purchase. Once logged in you be able to create tickets, check ticket status, upload files and even send additional information. Lite customers will not be able to login but may submit tickets.

That error means there is no zip utility installed on your host. The zip utility is used to compress your backups and is required. You will need to contact your host and request that they install one or allow your site to use it. Most hosts will do this with a simple email request.
