    Thanks for being so patient.

    The only ways I would be comfortable with, would be the first two options, but when I try to reset, I keep getting ‘invalid user name or email’, or ‘there is no user registered with that email address’, even though this email address is showing unless it’s a support forum password only? The instructions say: Your password can be changed via your support forum profile.

    It takes me to a log in screen and whenever I try to log in, it says invalid username. I try to reset my password using the ‘forgot password’ and I get no reset password emails at all. But then, when I’m in the support URL, I am logged in so I can see my account profile and my email address is there. But no email comes to reset my password. And there is no way to access my dashboard…

    Hello again, register.com is the website provider and they said they see no problems and issues with our account. Just wondering if I need to get someone to help me recreate the website. I used to be able to log in and get to a ‘dashboard’, and edit website pages and add posts very simply, but since we haven’t used it for a long time/several years (instead, using social media) it’s possible that the procedure of uploading posts and editing web pages has totally changed.

    Can you point me to someone or to a URL that can help me simply ‘edit’ the pages on our website. Right now, it’s embarrassing, it doesn’t even load the website landing page. http://www.wightvodka.com – sorry, I can’t attach a screenshot here.

    I don’t see an admin panel, on the left side, I went into Settings and there are many items under Filter Plugins Settings: user level, java script payload, script counter etc.

    I clicked on Database Tools – Reinit Plugins and I’m afraid I did something bad. On top it’s saying Disabling RBL Plugin in black (main server offline). Did I mess something up? I did not ‘save new settings’. Shall I get out?

    If there is a way for me to send support an email, let me know, so I don’t bother you.

    Thanks for your suggestion. Have downloaded but don’t know how to install the plug in. There folders and a lot of php files. Used to be easy when there were .exe files, but I’m not versed with any of these. Can you help guide me which file to click on to install?
