Thanks for your reply, Alexandr. Yes, you are correct. Am I correct that there is no way of stopping this from happening? So the user would need to log back into their profile and complete the payment if it has failed and they will still show as registered users on the system.

Thanks! I figured out what the problem was, I had added all members manually already, so they could not register themselves.

Thanks for your reply, I managed to get it to work now.

Is there a way to enable that the information that users enter here is sent via email to the admin?

So I would like the fields website and bio to be sent to the admin. At present, they are not sent through.
