This appears to be a data corruption or invalid sequence issue in FluentCRM version 2.9.87 running on PHP 8.3. The error “Call to a member function get() on null” at line 81 in
app/Services/Funnel/SequencePoints.phpsuggests that the query builder for retrieving funnel sequences is null when attempting to execute theget()method.Based on the stack trace, this occurs during the processing of scheduled funnel actions via wp-cron, specifically when the
SequencePointsclass tries to determine the next sequences for a funnel subscriber. The funnel or specific sequences referenced by the subscriber may have been deleted or corrupted.Could you please confirm whether you have deleted or changed anything in the automation sequence while this is active? To investigate and resolve this further, we recommend contacting our support here.

Currently, the double opt-in email does not directly support conditional content or logic based on tags out of the box. The double opt-in emails primarily use FluentCRM’s email placeholder system (for example,
{{contact.first_name}},{{contact.email}}, etc.), but dynamic content based on tags is not natively supported.We are taking it as a feature request and will forward to our R&D team for further consideration. We cannot share any ETA right now.
