Hi,
No worries this was resolved by including a missing stylesheet on the frontend which only was included when logged in for some reason.
Cheers.Hi,
No we don’t and we’ve tried network installed and local installed.
Kind regards,
CharleneHi,
Thanks for getting back to me, that was very helpful.
The only thing I’m struggling with is relaying the database values into what’s in the filter. I can see an expiration_number and an expiration_period, how do these translate into the enddate found in the user table?
Kind regards,

In reply to: [Relevanssi - A Better Search] Posts found but non are indexedI will give deleting and re-installing a shot. Not sure what version we had before, it was a migration from a different development company and everything was updated during migration.
As far as I know it should be out of the box, a few additional post types etc available but that’s it. Thanks for the quick response!
Hi both,
Apologies I’m on WP Engine and the plugin only updated for us this morning.
It appears to have resolved the issue.
Thank you so much for the update!
Kind regards,
CharleneAhh I see this makes sense. Thank you for the update, how long will it be for 2.8.8 to be released?

CharleneHi,
After some debugging I think it’s related to a plugin conflict with Pods (which allows us to add custom meta data to users etc)
Any ideas why this would cause UM shortcodes to completely fail however?
Kind regards,
CharleneHi,
Thanks for you reply, unfortunately this hasn’t helped, we also have two other sites with the issue – one has “E-mail is empty” and the other has both Title and E-mail.
The issue seems to be mostly around the ultimatemember_account and the member directory form shortcodes as the other forms seem to be ok.
Neither of these should be an issue and should be filled in for each user.
Kind regards,
CharleneHi thanks for the reply, I will have a look at this filter!
We have tried that but it didn’t seem to help. We’re going to try re-making the field so it’s not using the one created by the plugin and see if that resolves the issue.
Kind regards,
Thanks for the response, it’s just plain text and the url is the domain.com/register.
I don’t think we have any hooks involved on the site.

Hi Bruce,
Thanks for the update, I look forward to that!
Kind regards,
CharleneHi, this is creating it through functions.php so not a plugin. Seems like it should apply automatically? If the only solution is pro for CPT support then I’ll have to find a different solution I think.
I may have answered my own question here, but I managed to do it using the hook em_booking_email_before_send
Thanks!
